CI Series

Indexable chamfering cutter exclusively designed for drilling machine and pneumatic tools. Patented carbide stripe design, even used on instable drilling machine, still has no burrs. Manufacturers don’t need to regrind cutting edge each time. They only need to replace inserts. Insert of high economical value of the same grade can apply to machining for all materials includes HARDOX. One insert has two cutting edges applicable and can apply to all working machines. For a cutting tool with such many functions, we call it "Chamfer king", Ø 4 - Ø 110, totally 4 angles: 60°, 90°, 100° and 120 ° are available.

Features

  • Exclusively designed for usage under instable machining conditions, such as radial drilling machine, drilling machine, electric (pneumatic) tools. Lower rotation speed is available.
  • Carbide stripe design enhances tool back life.
  • Carbide insert provides better machining life. Inserts of universal grade apply to all machining materials.
  • Patented carbide stripe design and special geometry can achieve very good surface finishing and no burrs at chamfer.
