Corner Rounding Cutter - 15

15 Series

Indexable corner rounding cutter uses YIH TROUN 390 patented clamping structure. Customer can easily mount / unmount inserts and achieve very good center precision.

We build very complete standard rounding inserts in stock: Radius R1 - R10. Customer doesn't need to customize corner rounding cutter every time, but only needs to buy standard rounding insert to replace with. This can save the inventory cost of cutting tools. Rounding machining doesn't need to use solid carbide tool by machining the radius in several paths slowly, but using carbide inserts let you achieve required radius specification at once.

Inserts with different radius can share the same holder and there are holders with different length available. Grinded carbide insert can achieve very good surface finish.
